Mullooly is a 2010 graduate of Newton High School. He graduated from Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey in June of 2014 where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society. Since 2015, he worked as a Communications Officer for the Mount Olive Police Department. He was appointed as a Police Officer by Mayor Robert Greenbaum on July 7, 2016. Officer Mullooly graduated the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy on November 22, 2016. Officer Mullooly is presently assigned to the Patrol Division.
