• In person payments: fines and public defender fees may be paid with credit card (Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard) cash, money order, or check. At this time, we can only accept credit card payments for Mount Olive cases.
• Mail in payments: fines and public defender fees may be made by check or money order. Make sure you write your ticket or complaint number and phone number on your check/money order. Please do not send cash in the mail.
• Online payments: fines may be paid online for traffic tickets, parking tickets, and complaints. You cannot make public defender payments online at this time.
• Drop box payments: fines may be placed in an envelope clearly marked Municipal Court with your payment, name, ticket/complaint number, and phone number. The drop box is located in the parking lot of the municipal building.
