Celebrate 250 years of American history with a morning filled with hometown pride, patriotic spirit, and family fun. This free community event brings neighbors together to honor our past and celebrate our future.


Parade Details

Parade Step-Off: 10:00 AM

Enjoy a classic hometown parade featuring floats, marching bands, community organizations, and patriotic displays.

Parade Route:

  • Begins at Chester M. Stephens School

  • Proceeds down Sunset Drive

  • Turns right onto Flanders Road

  • Continues into Turkey Brook Park, traveling around Loop Road

  • Concludes at the Event Field, where the celebration continues

Bring your flags, line the streets, and cheer on the participants as they make their way to the park.

 Event Field Celebration

Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Head to the Event Field before, during, and after the parade for family-friendly festivities, including:

  • Local vendors

  • Food & refreshments

  • Free inflatables

  • Free face painting

  • Games and activities for kids


Kids Market – Under the Pavilion

Be sure to visit the Kids Market, located under the Pavilion, and support our young entrepreneurs as they showcase and sell their creative goods. It’s a wonderful way to encourage creativity, confidence, and community spirit.
