On 7/28 from 9a-2pm NJ MVC Mobile Inspection services will be at Budd Lake Fire House performing vehicle inspections.
Inspections are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, so no appointments are required. Vehicles are lined up and processed in the order they arrive.
Inspections can be performed only up to 2 months in advance.
Passing vehicles will receive a 2-year inspection sticker.
New car dealer vehicles receive a 5- year inspection sticker.
Failing vehicles will receive a rejection sticker along with a 30-day report, allowing the owner time to address the issue and return to an inspection facility for re-inspection.
