Objective: The Township is currently seeking a full-time professional with accounts receivable and municipal finance experience.  Works under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.  Responsibilities include performing bank reconciliations, processing payments, receipting and balancing daily cash collections, maintaining financial records, processing accounts receivable collection, reconciling cash, checks, electronic payments and bank accounts, prepare daily cash reports and bank deposits, prepare invoices and post accounts receivable collections, assist in processing purchase orders, prepare and complete bi-weekly bill lists, and assist in Payroll processing.  A college degree in accounting or equivalent experience required with prior municipal government or accounting office experience preferred with working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and cash handling procedures.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Edmunds software preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, professionals and the public.  

Salary range of $60,000 - $75,000.
