Turkey Brook Park Gazebo
The Turkey Brook Park Gazebo costs $125. Your payment will secure a 3 hour block of time (2 hours for the event, a half hour for setup, and a half hour for cleanup). Your reservation is not secured until you have submitted your payment online.
The Gazebo can comfortably fit a group of 30, there are three picinic benches located in the Gazebo (each table fits about 8 people).
Your use of the gazebo shall not exclude others from using the park. Please note the use of Pirate's Cove (splashpad) is not guaranteed (closed due to mechanical issues, etc.)

Parking
Park in designated parking lots only. The grass area near the gazebo or the splashpad pump shed are not public parking areas. Cars parked illegally will be ticketed.
Unloading and Reloading
Bring a hand truck to roll your supplies from a designated parking lot (Soccer Lot or playground lot) to the gazebo and back.
Parking along the side of the loop road is a traffic hazard for pedestrians using the walking/running lane. The loop road through the park is one way. Do not back up the loop road to get to a parking lot, drive forward all the way around again to access parking.
Park Usage
Customer reservations are not allowed on any Mount Olive Township event dates, i.e. 5K races, carnival. Reservations are limited to one a day, 3 hour maximum stay.
**Please be advised that there will likely be other park users present at the time of your event. Your use of the gazebo shall not exclude others from using the park.
Liability
The Township of Mount Olive will accept no liability for individuals, groups, or organizations using the Turkey Brook Park gazebo.
Security
The person whose signature appears on the permit must be at least 21 years of age and be physically present during the reservation time on the permit.
Designated Township of Mount Olive employees may spot check activities at the gazebo to ensure park ordinances, regulations, and town policies are being met. Permit holder(s) must have the permit available to present to Town employee or law enforcement.
Alcohol
We do not allow alcoholic beverages in the park.
Music Entertainment
We do not allow amplified live music, DJ's, or unusually loud recorded music. Inflatable's, pony rides, etc. and tents are not allowed in the park.
Cleanup
All trash and recyclables must be disposed in the proper waste receptacles.
Decorations
Decorations shall be attached in ways that do not damage the gazebo and shall be completely removed following your event.
Use of confetti, glitter, rice, and candles is prohibited.
Damage to Gazebo / Park
Responsibility for any damage or extraordinary conditions on surrounding grounds beyond normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the Turkey Brook Park Gazebo must be assumed by the person whose signature appears on the permit.

Restrooms
Public restrooms are located between Mount Playmore and Pirate's Cove, under the baseball tower, and by the main soccer fields. In additions there are port-a-johns around the park.
Electricity
There are outlets available for use on the power board located next to the gazebo.
Registration
Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
Cancelation Policy
In the event of weather cancelation, the renter shall notify the Recreation Department of the cancelation no more than 3 business days after the rental date. The Recreation Department will provide a credit to your account, so that you may choose a new date for your rental. If the renter prefers a refund, then a $10 administrative fee shall be applied. Please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for the check to arrive.
In the event of a “No Show” *, the renter will not be given a credit or refund for the missed date and time.
*A “No Show” is defined as a renter not arriving on the scheduled date and time, where no notification prior occurred between the Recreation Department and the Renter, and where the Recreation Department reasonably believes that another Rental could have replaced the missed reservation.
Change in Reservation
If a request for a change to the reservation is made five business days or more in advance of the reservation, then a new application must be completed and a $5.00 processing fee will be charged. Weather or other conditions may require the town to cancel a reservation; at which time, applicant will be notified.
Gazebo Description
The gazebo is a 32' octagonal pavilion. There is enough seating for 30 under it.
