NOTICE is hereby given that the Mount Olive Township Council Workshop and Public Meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. on May 28, 2024, as an in-person meeting will instead be held via ZOOM Webinar in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act and Emergency Remote Meeting Protocol for Local Public Bodies due to 2024 Primary Election early voting taking place in Council Chambers. Formal action will be taken at the regular public meeting.

The meeting agenda will be posted on the Township website by 4:30 p.m. on May 24, 2024, or may be obtained by contacting the Township Clerk at clerk [at] mtolivetwp.org or 973-691-0900 x.7291 during regular Township business hours. Written public comments may be submitted by 12 noon on the day of the meeting to the Township Clerk at the above contacts or at 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Budd Lake, N.J. 07828. Written public comments must include the individual’s name, full address and contact information, and identify the ordinance or matter they are intended for. Written public comments will become part of the meeting record. There is a 3-minute time limit on all public comments.
