Sergeant William Galop began his career with the Mt. Olive Twp. Police Department as a Police Dispatcher in January 2007. He attended County College of Morris where he earned an A.S. degree in Criminal Justice. Corporal Galop is the second generation of his family to serve for Mt. Olive Police. His father, Sgt. William Galop, served for 28 years before retiring in 2006. Corporal Galop is a graduate of the Morris County Police Academy's 78th Basic Class and is currently assigned to the Traffic Division.
