Officer Cuff was hired on May 18, 2006 and is a graduate of the Morris County Police Academy’s 67th Basic Police Class. Cuff graduated from Newton high school in 2000, where he was also a standout wrestler. He then graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2004 with a B.S. in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Officer Cuff was selected to attend the 67th Basic Police Class as an Alternate Route recruit before being hired by Mount Olive Police Department. Cuff is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
