Officer Barrier was hired on July 1, 2001 and is a graduate of the Morris County Police Academy's 57th Basic Class. Barrier is a 1995 graduate of Mount Olive High School and a 1999 graduate of Rowan University with a B.A. in Law and Justice. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
