Officer Carney was hired in January of 2015 and graduated from the Morris County Police Academy’s 84th Basic Police Class in June of 2015. Officer Carney graduated from Sparta High School in 2010 and earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University in 2014. Officer Carney is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
