Parrott is a 2011 graduate of Pope John High School. In 2015 he graduated Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. On July 5, 2016, he was hired by the Sussex County Sherriff’s Office and assigned to the Courts and Transportation Unit. Parrott graduated the Morris County Public Safety Academy on November 22, 2016. On July 29, 2017 he was hired by the Mount Olive Police Department and is presently assigned to the Patrol Division.
