Karissa Sevensky graduated from Kutztown University in 2011 with a BA in Speech Communications. In 2014, Karissa was hired by Mount Olive Police as a Records Clerk and began cross-training as a Communications Officer shortly thereafter. Karissa is also a certified Police Matron. In 2018, she received a Grand Cordon award for dispatching during a tragic motor vehicle accident on Interstate-80. Karissa’s primary duties in the Records Division include fulfilling discovery, subpoenas, OPRA, and common law report requests. She regularly attends our annual holiday visit to the Goryeb Children’s Hospital and lends a helping hand during National Night Out every summer.
