Corporal Rossy was hired on July 2, 2007 and is a graduate of the Morris County Police Academy’s 70th Basic Police Class. Rossy graduated from Roxbury high school in 2000. He then graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2004 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Criminalistics. Rossy’s departmental awards include two Life Saving Awards, a Grand Cordon and an Educational Achievement Award. Rossy is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
