Captain Cordileone started his career with the Mount Olive Twp. Police Dept. in 1997 and was assigned to the Patrol Division. He has been involved with the department's computer system and is a Physical Training Instructor. In 2005 he was assigned as the department’s Public Information Officer, acting as liaison to the news media. He was promoted to Sergeant in September 2011, and to Lieutenant in 2016 where he is assigned as the Communications and Records Division Commander. In December 2023 he was promoted to Captain.
