Mountain Ridge Estates in Mount Olive
Fifty-four (54) 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom rental apartments have been set aside to help meet Mount Olive’s “fair share” of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. Because this is a new property, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before December 3rd, 2020. Subsequent to the deadline, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.
