Special Event Procedures

The form on this page is for those organizations and groups who are planning a large gathering of people on township grounds, roads, and/or parks. 

The below must be used to obtain permission from each of the township departments, verifying compliance with permits, regulations, etc. When this form is complete, please bring it to the Recreation Department. We will forward this form with the department approvals to the Business Administrator for final approval. You will then be contacted concerning final approval.
